Judge asking to submit the original paper (gpa) of property

Dear Sir/Madam,

In a Civil suitcase (suit for injunction) Judge asking to submit the original paper (GPA) of property.

Is it legally right to submit original paper of property in the court of Civil judge.

Can we take plea by saying that it is not lawful, or by any Judgement by the higher Court.

If it is very much necessary to submit the original paper of the property what kind of

surety we can demand from the Court. Is it really safe to submit the original paper in court.

It's a very dilemma situation for me. Kindly share your valuable thoughts.

Thanks & Regards

Manoj

Yes , you have to file the original paper to the court , when the court asked it, otherwise your case can not be considered at all.

Further you can ask the court to kee that paper in safe custody of the court, and thereafter when ever necessary, it can be brought into the court and taken back.

You are bound to produce the original papers in the case.
