Can anyone give me a draft of Seperation Agreement in a 100 Rs. Stamp Paper between a spouse in which i would like state that after separation we will not have anything to do with each other and we both are free from each other. Also after separation we don't have the legal rights on each other.
Please note - I have business and i am ready to pay her the half of my income from that business as maintenance.

First of all do not be frustrated, Frustrated Ji.
How about Changing your name to Hopeful, or Ray of Hope, or Sunshine ?
Because when we are frustrated, we do not think straight, but if we keep hopes alive in the adverse conditions, so many positive things happen, because we think focused on solutions!
If you feel my advice is useless, throw it in the garbage bin, if of some use, I am happy.
