Tds nil returns

Sir,
Mine is a pvt. Ltd, company,since last two FY we have not made any payments which calls for TDS deduction,we have TAN no. somebody suggested in this case we need not file NIL returns every qtr. pl advise....

Do not you pay so much salary to even a single employee, which requires TDS deduction?

No, Sir,
In fact we could not procure business as expected, but have been advised to file nil returns every qtr. is it really required as per rule,wanted advice......
