Supreme court listing

(Querist) 08 November 2012 This query is : Resolved
I have got reply from efiling of the supreme court which says

"YOUR PETITION D.NO _____ HAS BEEN REGISTERED AS SLP(C)..CC NO _____ AND THE SAME IS BEING LISTING FOR HEARING ON _____"

Does the above mean my case has been admitted as cc no has been given.

Earlier I had filed an connected SLP which was odered as follows
"permission to withdraw slp in REV Appln________ permitted and the petitioner seeks permission to agigitate the matter in CRP____. Permission granted.

Therefore I filed a fresh SLP and I have got the above reply from the efiling dept. let me know whether CC means case has been ADMITTED or NOT.

Please check the case status on the supreme court website.
Usually, Notice is granted and the respondents have to be served. Only thereafter 'leave' will be granted converting the SLP into Appeal which according to you can be called as "ADMITTED"
