if some one get arrest stay order from high court against section 307 , then what ,he should do to get bail when he make himself surrender in court(kachahari).

He should appear before the concerned court with stay order and bail bond and seek bail in the matter

He should not appear in Court and pray for bail. Surrender application will become infructuous.
