Dear Ld Members,

For a Government employee, are they any Rule/Memo/Order/Notification/Circular/G.O. to give decalration[any forms/annexures] when applying to withdraw PF @any time in service in need of funds.

Please refer to the concerned PF Rules. For withdrawals, there is specific form on which to apply for withdrawals and is usually available in the concerned PF Rules.
