Respondents address in appeal petition

(Querist) 09 May 2019 This query is : Resolved
In an appeal suit should the appellant mention the new address of the respondent or the old address ?
KISHAN DUTT KALASKAR (Expert) 09 May 2019
Dear Sir,
It is better to mention both the addresses to avoid office objections.

Please mark “LIKE” if satisfied by my answer.

Respected Sir,
I am one of the respondent in the appeal suit. I am in possession & occupation of my ancestral property. A fraudulent person filed a partition suit in the lower court which got dismissed and consequently the appeal has been filed. In order to extort money from me, to drag on the suit, she had mentioned my brother's name wrongly and two other respondents address incorrectly so that the issue of summon is delayed and the suit is dragged. Please offer your view/comments to overcome the situation.
