Hi,

I submitted my passport application in Passport Sewa Kendre with a affidevit ANNEXURE K which was granted. In that app i filled my marital status Single bt attached my court petition copy in that app. Aftr 2 months , Passport office,Jalandhar suggestd me to close app n submiittd again to correct mistake. Again I submitted my app to re-issue my passport with Annexure K, court petition n app closed receipt. Police verification report is adverse in uploaded bt recommended in hard copy. I have chalaan No. I went to enquiry my passport status in passport office jalandhar, bt enquiry counter reply me to submitted my divorce decree. I said that i hav attached AnnexureK n counter boy recomend my enquiry to Passport Officer. Bt without meeting again send Police verification. AgainI went to passport office jal to requst. Bt enquiry dealiyng officer did nt allow me. My new PV will remain adverse. If this Pv remain adverse, my app will be closed. In police verification , "The applicant is married and there is divorce case in court". Sir in this condition , wat I do ? I want to ask the Passport dept if the dept cannt issue my passport, the dept shud nt accept my app for re-issue my passport.

Yet your divorce case is pending it will treated as married person and only "annexure-d" will maintable in your case. However in my view you can file a writ before highcourt
