I have got the Divorce summon. i have applied for RCR. They are sevaral months for reunion.

Can i ask for maintenance? (Note - I am working women) .if yes, what are all the list to get the maintenence?

You can file for maintenance for sure, now the claim would be decided whether you have income sufficient for fighting the cases and your upkeep.

If you are able to maintain yourself with your earnings, court would not allow maintenance.
