meri pahle partnership firm thi jisme maine iec code le rakha tha magar ab woh proprietor ship ho gai hai toh mujhe naya iec code lena padega ya nahi agar ha toh uska kya procedure hai

Inform change of constitution of the firm to the IEC issuing Authority with proof of change which could be Dissolutiojn Deed of partnership.

Yes you have to obtain new IEC since IEC is PAN based. YOu can apply online for fresh IEC at http://dgft.gov.in/
