Dear Smruti,
According to Section 2(n) of SOWAMA Act, 1976 “label” means any written, marked, stamped, printed, or graphic matter affixed to, or appearing upon, any commodity or package containing any commodity;

If Sticker contains all the items that have tobe in a label it will be called a 'label' and not a sticker.
But generally sticker is for correcting the MRP or telephone Number etc., in the label (without any need for reprinting of the entire label or to discard the carton containing the pre-printed label.)

As far as what are the matters that should appear in the Label, you have to refer to Rule 6 of SOWMA (PC) Rules, 1977.
