THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF EPF ORGANISATION HAS RESOLVED TO COVER ESTABLISHMENTS HAVING 10 AND MORE EMPLOYEES UNDER THE PURVIEW OF EPF ACT. WHETHER GOI HAS NOTIFIED IT.IF SO A COPY OF NOTIFICATION MAY BE FURNISHED

Though there is a proposal of the Government in this regard, to the best of my knowledge no notification is issued in this regard till date.

Yes Pl. It has not been notified as yet to my knowledge also, hence coverage is still on 20 or more than 20 employees.
