am a hindu grl loving a muslim guy for 10 yrs.. due to family pressure(hometown is bihar) he married in yr 2008 to a muslim women..and has a daughter of 2 yrs..he hided this matter .when i pressurized him to marry me he revealed that he is already married.. that women lives in boy,s house in bihar.. he works in bangalore.he used to visit his family once in yr for 15days.now he has decided to divorcee her as he is realized he is not happy with her.due to lot of differences between them .he has realizd that the girl's leftleg is short and limps a bit while walking,also was told that she is mca holder but cant talk a line english..he feels he is cheated by the girl family..they have done nikaah in mosque and its registered in court.wife is not agreeing for mutual consent.so plz help him to divorcing..and let me the grounds, process and duration to divorce.. and can i marry him now???

very simple your boy friend will convert into the hindu the earlier marriage will automatically end.

but i wanna know the strong reasons to divorce..and duration..he would not convert.instead am ready to convert to his religion and is conversion very necessary????

you are Hindu and you aware he is married and have one children too, due to your pressure only hope he going to came out from her matrimonial relation ship think twice is necessary for you to cut once matrimonial life and marry a person.
it may very easy to say by word but when u face the problem by practical form one religious to other
think more then once and act , hope you too educated it seems, but by word u said she is educated but not know english, one think i like to tell u that english also a language it is not hard and fast rule a person knew that language, so dont express such way , it is my feels may be u take wrong but think once and do

1. He can give a triple talaq - and under Islam he need not give any reasons for the same. (Instant)
2. To make it more equitable to that lady he can give her talaq in form of ahsan - in which he'd pronounce divorce - and then after 3 months - the divorce gets finalised if he keeps away from her and does not revoke the talaq. (this is a second way takes 3 months)
3. In both the cases he is at risk for 498A/406/Maintenance till that woman's remarriage.
4. You marry him even now by converting.

let me tell u one thing that he is not breaking his married life due to me and i never pressurized. whether it would be me or any girl his decision is to divorcee her.its his own decision.. . as said there are lot other difference between them. they have never livd like couples.. except the child birth..and as he says after nikaah his marriage is registered.just by giving triple talaq would court accept it.. can u plz let me know the grounds to divorce and duration..he is married in nov 08 and she concieved in 2months.. at child birth also he didnt visit them.. in 2009.. in 2010 when he went to hometown she was in her parents house.. it means almost 3yrs they never met each other.. he has explained this to his wife that he doesnot like her...plz help

Though the experts have narrated many things. I would like to add few thing in it not on legal grounds. If you really want to help him ask him to come forward for the divorce. Why u r so keen for it? Moreover think to help him as a friend and keeping your self in his wife's place and future of the child.
