In assessing the loss of earning capacity qualified medical practitioner shall have due regards to the percentage of loss of earning capacity in relation to different injuries specified in the schedule. So Mr.Nilesh you may take the disability certificate from qualified medical practitioner (as per wc act)and on the strength of that you should ascertain disability.there is no theoritical or hypothetical calculation the base will be only medical certificate.
