Hello sir/mam , I need your advice on this matter.
My father and my uncle had disputes for over a decade on property and money , from the daily abuse and threats my mother and father decided to leave the home and live in rent, even gave the amount of money he wanted but after a few years my uncle again started calling and giving death threats to my father, my uncle many times tried to harm my father in public like market etc but my father escaped and even filed a complain but nothing serious action was taken
and today he came near our house , found him alone in the alley and beat him but he ran away on his bike before me and my sibling could come .
He even said on call that if we file a complain then when he comes outside of jail, he will harm my father badly.
My grandmother gave all her property to my uncle recently but he is still not leaving us in peace
what to do!?

A person appointed computer person to develop e commerce website. The person was also authorised to work from home. After the develop of website the person was not paid his sallary that he has inserted wrong codes and he can file criminal complaint. On checking the Website is launched and working properly. My query is the employer got the website develop in India where as same pertains to USA.

Dear Sirs,
A case has been filed under IPC section 323, 427,34 and the accused is under plea. Can the investigation officer produce new evidences to the court which he has not submitted along with the charge sheet.
Also please give reference of any such case of past.

My daughter in law has filed 498A case a gainst my family. Police didnot send any notice to me & not call me. Even pllice did not visit my residence.
But pllice chargesheet against me. I heared that, police call my son over telephone. But did not send any notice at my residence.
Is police bound to send me notice u/s 41A CRPC to all members of my family ?

My wife has filed 498A case against me, wherein my neighbor is witness in 161 CRPC. The police fabricate false evidence against me. I have shown copy of 161 CRPC to my neighbor & he is surprised & stated that police fabricates his statement.
Charge is not framed till date. My neighbour wants to exit from the case as witness and has agreed to submit affidavit in chief stating that he didn't make any statement against me before police.
Is it possible now ?

If I win a NI act case and the accused party goes for appeal how much he has to pay initially ?
Once I heard that 20% of the cheque amount he has to give.
These days I am hearing that in addition to that 20% amount some extra 9% interest ruling came from supreme court. can some one throw light on it.

I was returning from Kallakurichi to Ponneri via Chennai by Baleno car along with my wife and son.My son was driving the car.On 29.05.24 - between 8.06 to 8.07 pm, A TNSTC bus with unknown Registered number hit our car on the backside(bumper) near Mamandur vadapathi( 35km from Chennai vanadalur).The car hit by the bus lost its balance, turned towards right side of the road and fell in to 10 to 12 feet deeper place on roadside with trees and bushes.There was severe damage to our car on backside,front left side,back left side and front. By God grace Nothing has happened to three of us.We are having recording of dash cam.In the recording only bus is visible.Bus Registration number and bus division name is blurred and not visible. Local police disposed the case by issuing damage certificate for insurance purpose. The bus driver didn’t stop the bus after accident and run away without helping us and helping in rescuing the car on humanitary basis. Kindly advise that how to legally proceed against the bus driver.

Dear expertd please advise on the line for filing PIL on points. PIL is required to be filled against private doctor for implanting expired IOL in the eye of patients and charging over and above the invoices. In PIL only doctor to be made party since he is owner of the hospital. Please advise.
