1. During the cross examination, Hon Judge has asked the confession statement was received from me R Ramesh Kumar, the Sub Inspector told that he did not receive the confession statement from me.
Sub Inspector filed a false case under the women Harassment case wantonly.
Hon Judge has asked the typist to record the statement given by the sub inspector.
2. Before filing an FIR, Hon Judge has asked the Sub Inspector the CSR provided.
The Sub Inspector replied he did not Register.CSR. straightway FIR filed against me. SI given the statement before the Judge.
3. Eyewitness has shown my friend who is in advocate as R Ramesh Kumar.
Please give me the suggestions to tackle the Policemen

The person is filling multiple false complaints with police. The applicant filed complaint against the person under section 108 abedment to suicide before police to register case. My query is can police take action against the person.

My friend is muslim and girls is hindu and they are in relationship last 8 years now girl had started threating my friend regarding that she will commit suicide and my friend will have to face consequences.the girls is been threated with medication of mental treatment and now what steps can be taken by my friend to avoid further problem if girl does anything wrong and help liable to boy regarding this matter kindly guide me

Is it possible for the Applicant to apply for attachment of immoveable property before judgement in an application for maintenance under the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act (DV Act), as it is feared that the Respondent may sell his property when the maintenance order is issued out by the court?

My friend has a relationship with a girl for last 5 years now the girl is giving threat to my friend that she will comit suicide and my friend have to face the consequences she is given under mental medication treatment what can be done under this situation any help or suggestions kindly guide me regarding this

Dear Sir,
The FIR u/s 498A was mischieviously closed by police.The victim filed protest and upon hearing and seeing injury reports and other documents the magistrate wrote "that he does not agree with IO , issued summons to accused husband u/s 498A."
What does it mean in legal terms?
