I am working in a insurance co.& I have taken a stay in the high court against my employer m if it continues till the date of my retirement i e 2012 then ,

1. How will my retirement procedure will take place?
2. Will I get all terminal benefits?
3. Is there any problem due to stay in my retirement?

YOU RETIREMENT WOULD BE NORMAL AND YOU WOULD GET ALL RETIREMENT BENAFITS NORMALLY AND THERE WOULD BE NO PROBLEM DUE TO STAY OF HIGH COURT.DON'T WORRY.
