Dear Sirs,
I am a tenant from a chawl in Mumbai which is being proposed for redevelopment. My query is,
1)What is the minimum carpet area that the builder has to provide the tenants?
2) Can the place be taken over if 70% of the people sign the agreements?
3) There are two parts to the agreement, the consent letter and the redevelopment agreement. Is it okay if we just sign the consent letter? Can the consent letter be considered a strong document in acuiring the house from us?
Please help urgently.
