Along with these godowns open space provided for dumping iron steel rods talent of the said godowns also installed weighing machine platform scale and landlord collecting rent of open space provided by him.Rent he was received on talent voucher duly signed with the building care taker; i.e Rent collection purpose and continued years together without objection.Later landlord ask eviction vacanting open space provided as said.
Can land lord can force?
