In fact Property self aquired by Grandfather his wife son daughter all died without testament daughter without testament and without heirs.

Only son died without testament and son leaving behind 3 daughters  and his wife 3 daughters executed transfer deed in favour of Mother title purpose and Mother executed testament in favour of eldest daughter.

This is little confusing.
