Apparently husbands friend gave him 30 lakh rupees (H has no job and his average bank balance is about 100/- . no earnings) .So this 30 L rupees in H's account for 2-3 days and took it back to his account. He said this was for his tax savings. How? Isnt this money laundering? Does an audit expose everyone?
Did he commit a crime? Or is this too common?

something wrong.
How can someone lend money to your husband (whom you try to project fully innosent) and also take back without his conscent.
You have also not clarified how the transaction of inward and outward took place.
