I have surfed the net and I have seen many sites where spy hidden devices are sold usually for secret communication. They are usually for passing examinations.
In Agra, few MBBS students have been caught cheating in examination using these devices,. However, it is not mentioned that the sellers of these devices have also been arrested even though in the site it is said that these devices can be used for passing examinations.
Are the sellers also guilty for selling these items and if yes then why have they been not arrested even though it is expressly mentioned in their site about these devices?
