section 420,34

sir i m an accused the complainant has filed a section 420 on me. this is reguarding that i exchanged money where in cops cought me red handed this is what the case talks about. Now the complainant is ready to compromise how can this be solved legally

The offence is compoundable one. So that complainant and you approach the investigation officer and take steps to file charge sheet and get it compounded in a court of law.

sir the thing is i m just attending the hearings as of now n i have the copy of chargesheet ...n now the complainant wants too compromise...so how can things be solved legally
