I have Resigned from Organization. My Notice Period is 45 Calender Days. My Notice Period is completing on coming 15th.
I have not got any Acceptance mail from HR or management.
They have accepted it verbally and I have completed my Project Knowledge Transfer.
They are saying that they will be relieving me on 20th.
That's beyong Notice period.
How to go legal in this matter.
The problem is I don't have any written acceptance mail from organization.

You first issue the notice once again in writing (not by mail) by registered post communicating your decision which was already notified to them vide your mail (whose reference to be quoted), secure the acknowledgment card and wait for their response, they will certainly reply to your written communication, f not wait until the expiry period and then initiate proper legal action with the help of a lawyer.
