A Government of India organization is recruiting to a Group C post on All India basis. The total reservation for SCs, STs and OBCs should not exceed 50%. This also means that for there should be 50% of unreserved category in the recruitment. But after reservations for SC (15%), ST (7.5%) and OBC (27%), there are other reservations like 'reservations for persons with disabilities (3%) reservations for meritorious sports persons (appx 5%), reservations for ex-service men (10%) and for compassionate appointments (5%)'. Kindly inform how all these reservations plus 50% unreserved category, in direct recruitment on All India basis can be adjusted in such a way that the total does not exceed 100.
