My brother with his wife is staying with my mother without giving any expense

My mother is currently living with my brother. My brother does not have a stable source of income and does not contribute financially to the family since begining .

I have been shouldering almost all the family responsibilities and expenses for many years, including all the expenses related to my father's medical treatment during his lifetime and, after his death, my mother's medical treatment and other household expenses.

I am a divorced woman, approximately 50 years old, and currently living in Delhi for work. My son is staying with my mother in the same flat.

Around eight months ago, my brother got married, and he and his wife moved into this flat without my consent. They have been living here ever since. Neither of them has a stable source of income, and neither contributes towards household expenses. They also do not help with any household responsibilities.

When my mother became seriously ill, I had no choice but to resign from my job to take care of her. I managed all her medical needs and expenses. Fortunately, I was able to secure a new job last month. However, after spending almost all my savings on family responsibilities and medical expenses, I am now facing an extremely difficult financial situation and have practically exhausted my financial resources.

I also have certain concerns regarding my sister-in-law's behaviour and activities. She does not appear to show any concern for my brother's well-being or health. She leaves the house every afternoon, and we have no idea where she goes or what she does. I am not even sure whether my brother is aware of her whereabouts. She returns late at night, accompanied by my brother. Her behaviour and activities have raised concerns and questions in my mind.

At present, our family is going through an acute financial crisis.

Regarding the flat, the mutation process following my late father's death is still pending. After my father's demise, the property is to be held jointly by three family members: my mother, my brother and me. I am concerned that my brother and sister-in-law may want to sell the flat and claim their respective shares.

However, selling this property should be considered only as a last resort, as it is our family's home and the last remaining financial security we have.

After taking responsibility for almost all family expenses, my father's treatment, my mother's medical care and other family obligations for so many years, I am now financially exhausted. It is extremely distressing to find myself in this situation despite having carried so many responsibilities for the family. ,

Currently we want to rent them a separate house we are ready to give the initial rental money.
