sir how can i remove my name from witness list due to familly problm i am not able to come to the court for witness and video conferensing also not possible coz i am living with my husbund in remote area there in no internet connection this is criminal case there is so many witness i am also but that time i was unmarried and now this case come to district session court and summon realease agains me if my family or husbund learn about this case can affect my marriage please sir help me how can i remove my name from witness list legaly ( i am her (witness) maternal sister asking quetion on behalf of her ) please sir give any solution we are in big trouble becouse if summon commes on her name her family was very much strct now she is married she cannot apear in court please sir give us legal solution
