2 yrs ago i was issued a traffic challan under sec 185 and 179 of mv act with bac reading of 198. I pleaded guilty in court and paid the imposed fine of 11k. There was no FIR/accident etc. Should i disclose this info. in attestaion forms asking about conviction, prosecution? If yes, will it cause rejection?
