I purchased a commercial shop from the Rajasthan Housing Board(RHB) by a registered sale deed from the seller. When I applied for a name transfer at the Housing Board office, they now say I must publish a public notice in the newspaper. Only after that the name will be transferred in RHB records.
Is it mandatory to publish a public notice in the newspaper by applicant for a name transfer ? or are they putting pressure by lying?
