My marriage took place in Feb 2023. We both were divorcee. Wife left house by her own in April 2024, abused me for my low earning from business, and said ‘Give divorce, or she will commit suicide’. Her brother also came and threat me and my family. (My father and mother are old age.) I made complaint in Police via. India Post with AD mentioning my wife and her brother name. After 2 months wife filed 125 Maintenance (now 144 BNSS). In her cross examination in the court she and her father said to hon’ble Judge that ‘I am a bad man and she wants divorce’. In the final judgment court denied her maintenance order as per 144(4) BNSS in Oct 2025. NOW after 1 year of judgment she is sending me text messages and saying she wants to live with me and if I don’t go her house to take her back then she will come in my house and enter forcefully. But now I don’t have believe on my wife as she filed false maintenance case with dowry and cruelty allegations on me. I don’t want to take her back. I need help on ---- (1) What can I do if she forcefully enter my house. (2) She is short tempered so how can I save myself and my family. (3) Any extra suggestions for me in this scenario.
