Elder son occupying one of the house, threatening, no rent, no maitainence- judge saying rent enough

My Elder son has occupied 1 among 3 houses in Bangalore. He is threatening if I ask rent or maintainence. Judge is saying, since I get rent from other 2 houses, that is sufficient for my maintainence. I have no pension. I am heart patient with annual medicines itself costing 20,000 per month. I need to get checkup every 6 months which will be 15000. I am 76 years and going through so much pain physically and my elder son is creating more problem and its painful and depressing. Please advise
