My father helped a lady with money. She returned partial amount and kept giving cheques of multiple amounts. When she did not return remaining money, we filed a cheque bounce case. From the past two years, she is not appearing in court. NBW is issued and sent to SP of her city multiple times but no response is coming. Magistrate is now asking us to convert NBW into a permanent one but our lawyer is refusing due to some reason. Also, she took more money afterwards promising to return the whole amount together and did not give any cheques for that. We have filed a recovery suit for that but she is not taking summons now.
