my brother got married 5 years back.his wife stayed in our house for a very little time.initially she was in hostel completing her education.then my brother was in delhi for his studies so she preferred staying with her parents.
A total of around 1 year is all that they stayed together.
last time she came to my hometown allahabad was 2010 september for 4 days.
The relationship was not very good and they have been living separatly since then.
Yesterday (23 april 2012) we received notice stating FIR under sec 498a and few other also.
Since there is no anticipatory bail available in uttar pradesh ,wat other options do i have to avoid the arrest??
one of my sister is preganat and has complications too.She cant travel much.We have our fears for her too.
