Regarding Genaral POA

Can a general POA given to a builder for developing a building under joint venture agreement supercides any right of a landowner with to sale of flats.

Quick Summary
This discussion explores whether a general Power of Attorney (POA) granted to a builder for a joint venture development can supersede a landowner's rights regarding flat sales. The consensus is that a builder cannot act beyond the specific powers granted in the POA, and the terms must be acceptable to the landowner.

The PoA must have its terms and conditions acceptable to the grantor / executor.

No, Builder can't act or do anything  beyond the powers assigned to him.
