I want to get some information from Court to know the reason for delay in Trial of a criminal case. The trial is pendig since 2015 Dec onwards.
Shall I pay Rs.10-00 ( Rupees Ten Only) worth Adhesive Court fee stamps towards RTI application fee or only IPOs will be acepted.
seeking experts guidelines in this.

I need just an answer whether we can use adhesive court stamps worth Rs.10.00 for RTI application fee or not?.
