Affidavit for gold seeking in middle of divorse case

Hai I am speaking this in behalf of my brother divorse case which is in pending past 5 years in the middle sudden her wife has given a affidavit seeking a glass statement that gold is hold with mother in law and she has given proof of photo taken wearing jewelry and audio recording of mother in law and her father discussing without mother in law awareness theyvhave recorded it and claiming mother in law accepted the gold in her custody but it's all I find it not legally valid I need experts advise in this

If the gold is her, you have to give her gold as it is her stridhana.

You have to return the gold to her and she can even apply for recovery and search warrants, that is sitridhan

There's no illegality in recording the voice call without the consent of the other person and it can be relied upon as valid evidence if accompanied by a certificate as prescribed in the Indian evidence act.

Her jewels are her stridhan in which nobody can claim it as a right.

To avoid complications you may better return her jewels.

Call recording  without  the  consent of  respect  person will not have  much importance.
