Local court started a petition on a case already decided by the hon'ble supreme court ,

hello sir/ma'am a property dispute was decided by the district court in my Favour. the opposite party went to the high court against the decision which again was decided in my favour they later on filed a SLP in SC which was dismissed on 1st hearing . now the party has taken an ex parte stay on my property by producing an expired contract that i had with a caretaker . it has been a year now . the civil judge is not accepting my application to become a party to the case , some money was being demanded by my counsel to settle the matter , the amount was huge but he was saying that the judge won't listen if this route is not taken , i recorded a video of the entire conversation and produced before the judge through another counsel however it turned out he was correct the judge immediately said whatever he is saying is true and said only that counsel can sort this matter . since last 1 year hearing takes place on every 2nd date to check if i agree to their demand or not , the file is kept with sir and is not even updated on e court . recently he was transferred to a different court number so he took the permission of the district judge to take this file with him . ma'am/ sir i have the decision of the honorable SC and there is no iota of doubt in any of the papers is there any way to report this corruption to the upper judiciary in a manner that an inquiry takes place or something of similar sort . please help
