Hello All,
My RCR is scheduled for hearing next week. Can you pls explain how would the proceedings go on that day? My wife's side havent filed any objections yet. Will i be asked if i am interested to live with her on that day or would it be only after they file the objections?

I think both will be sent for conciliation before mediators. There may be change for some talks by the mediators
yes you are sent to mediation and concilation if the concilation failed and there is no chance for reunion the opposite side will be given chance to file objections then the trail begins. Then after you are get into box to state your case and your wife side will cross examine and so on
better make soft corner in concialation at the time of mediation with your wife you will succeed.
