hello,
I joined RAILWAY as JUNIOR ENGINEER after resignation in ONGC a PSU.
I had applied RAILWAY through proper channel.
but RAILWAY IS NOT CONSIDERING MY CASE .
And I am loosing my seniority even though I joined RAILWAY by taking proper NOC from ONGC WITHIN TIME
.
my service in NOTICE PERIOD is not considered in technical resignation case.
pls guide
