Shri Gopal Sonu ji,
You said the charge sheet & the enquiry were held under GIC CDA Rules 1975 for so called misconduct during the period of 2008.
Employers can twist which rule can benfit them to eliminate their against employee. You need not worry. File a suit in the court for CDA. ALready charge sheeted and enquiry done. So the employer has to apply only GIC CDA Rules 1975. If any modification in the charge sheet and in the enquiry they have to mention under what rule they are following. Definatly you will get relief if you file a suit in the court against action taken by your employer.
