Annexure vs exhibits

I have filed for divorce and I have to submit my affidavit of evidence.

I have few procedural queries which would help in submitting the same

1. I have included few documents substantiating the facts (and submitted xerox copies) earlier.

Now when I draft the affidavit, mentioning the appropriate facts, and referring to the documents relevant, I should mention as Ex: Copy of documents <document title> dated_____ is - following this I should as Annexure A or as Exhibit A. Is there any difference or it's the same?

Also the naming convention  as*x. "Exhibit A", will this be used in the documents submitted for their reference during further stages?

2. At the end of affidavit, is a table of descripttion of documents, exhibit nos needed to summarise or any other details is needed.

Can legal gurus help in clarifying this, which would help in timely submission.

The photocopy is required to be Marked and cannot be allowed to exhibit accordingly it is a secondary evidence.

Every statement of witness has to be in separate para, where no statement/table of documents, exhibit nos etc. (in the form of summary) shall be allowed / submitted.

The issues raised is a matter of procedure. Your advocate would take care of such issues.

You have already filed photocopies of the documents you rely upon along with your petition.

Now during your chief evidence you may file a memo along with original documents and replace the same in the case in place of photocopy documents.

They will marked as your side exhibits if found genuine.

You have to furnish the list of documents to be marked as exhibits at the end of your chief examination affidavit.
