Noc for registered land

Hi ,

I brought a land in Nalgonda , it got registered in 2002 to my selller, and it is there next to branch cannel road. Now registor is asking for NOC from RDO.

But unfortunatly , MRO is delaying my NOC from one month due to various reasons.

So is there any way , that I can get registered the same?

Please suggest me

without NOC from RDO, the registrar is not having power to register the documents.
