Very widele folks have stating that a Hindu Marriage is a sacrament. Despite wives do not hesitate to send their husbands to jails. CAN ANY MUSLIM WOMAN EVER EVEN THINK of that when their marriage is a contract marriage? Now what should be done is that Hindu Marriage Act should be repealed and replaced by Hindu Marriage Conditional Contract Act.
Conditions being: 1.If the wife files a civil or a criminal case against the husband ,the marriage should be automatically anulled.
Contract should be valid for one year renewable if the wife behaves and doesn't trouble the hubby.
Condition 2. Wife should only be allowed visitation rights otherwise she'll train them to be goons.
Condition 3: No alimony for the wife but only reasonable expenses for the time till the Contract lasts.
After all we are "GOING TO BE A SUPERPOWER' . So why not make a begining straight from the bed room.
