I bought a house in May 2009 and now the builder is continously demanding some amount towards MVAT Act 2002.
I am really frustated by this sort of demand since the builder takes everything from us like the land cost etc. Then why this additional money it should be borne by the builders only. They send notice and always refer to the clauses of the agreement. We have to accept the clauses of the builder during the purchase otherwise how we can buy a house.
As a poor buyer from where do we get such money suddenly , Your suggestions are highly appreciated on the above.
