Ll.m. through distance education for teaching in law college

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have an LL.B. Degree from CLC, DU, and I'm desirous of pursuing LL.M. But due to family constraints, I am forced to go for Distance Education program. Kindly, let me know if after doing LL.M trough distance education, would I be eligible for NET/ JRF and Teaching in Law colleges. [ I had gone through an intreview of BCI chairman, where he had written to UGC and all colleges to stop recruiting Law teachers with LL.M degree thru correspondence, and UGC was considering it, but no clarification of any sort is available anywhere.]

Thanks and Regards,

Shweta Sharma.

If you have pursued LLM from UGC Recognized University Then You Are Fully Eligible to Appear For UGC/NET exam & also for teaching because The persistence of LLM is Teaching only So it Also Do Not required BCI Approval.

I think that switching to distance learning is a very sensible idea during a pandemic. In general, now many parents. Are inclined to transfer children from regular schools to online schools, which spend all their years of study studying only online. Since during the pandemic, almost all educational institutions were forced to switch to distance learning, and in ordinary schools and other educational institutions the online education system is not at all established, the transition to another online school was very logical. As for students, the transition to distance learning is also a very smart step, because students are already quite adult people capable of self-study, therefore, saving time and effort in comparison with full-time education is quite justified. Also now,  such services as cheap term papers from BuyPaperCheap.net service are very common, which perfectly help with unnecessary disciplines, and learning on distance learning has become even better. Students get even more profit from the time spent on training.
