Good evening experts,
I sent a legal notice for recovery in which invoice was issued in the month of sept.and I wrongly mentioned that a cheque was issued as [part payment for this invoice, but that cheque was issued in the month of march.Now shall I withdraw the legal notice or amend this legal notice as this cheque was not issued for payment of this invoice.

Withdraw earlier legal notice and issue a fresh legal notice.

Instead of withdrawing the legal notice ,You should make the necessary amenmdment.That shall be more effective.

u can send an amendment stating the ref. of previous notice: vide ref. to my earlier notice dated ....... the information at para or column or line...... has been erronously quoted and the same to be read as.......
