Hi I have a question; I will appreciate if someone can give me the exact picture.
X had 2 sons and 3 daughters, All married before 1980 itself. X got this property through his family members wide registered partition deed in 1944. and 'X' executed a unregistered will in 1978. He passed away 1981.
One son already got Adopted in 1978.
My question is does daughters has any right on the above property?
Please clarify.
