Gratuity eligibility - 4 years 11 and 9 days

Dear Advocate Brother and Sisters, I have query, it will be great to get your answers. I have worked for a IT company which works for 5 days a week for 4 years 11 months and 9 days, short of 21 days of 5 years. I have worked 240 days even in the 5th year, also have 10 days of leaves. Whether i am eligible to get the gratuity for this service ? Please reply. This amount will be great support in this lockdown period.

You are eligible for gratuity if the company (employer) is governed by the provisions of Payment of Gartuity Act, 1972.
