False but perfact FIR & refused to file FIR to the Victim

My service Quarter was looted under the name of vaccating it. I am protected by Suprem Court Judgment - wide JaypurZilla five banch Judgment U/S 33(2)(b) of Industrial Disput Act. Police convinced on first day but attect and arresting my family and me after brutal injuires arrested me and detaining my wife till late night allon in the police station and managing municiple hospital who had not recorded my statments which could filed in other hospital after three days and overloked to my genuine complaint. No entervain of Comossioner of Police even after remiiniders. presently I filed revision as the Police and AI authotirty contmented three courts. (1) NIT (2) CGIT and Criminal as case where pending before the three court where i had challanged the illigal punishmwnt order of my remooval from the service rather illigally snatching of my ID cards. pls. guide me.
