Civil law

 HI to all,

My problem is. I had got an temparary injunction in my own matter.

But the defendents are still obstructing me to my possesion as well as for cultivation.

I complained to the police about there obstrucion, but they did not took any step.

then i filed an application in the court for providing the police aid i had attched the copies of complan and n.c. of police.

but the hon'ble court is telling me that the court is not satisfied about my application for the police aid  for cultivating the land. court also told me that you had not mentioned the date of cultivation, bring case laws related with providing police aid.

Plz plz plz plz help me what can i do...

you have not stated about the temporary injunction for what. if it is prohibiting the defendant from obstructing your possession, then you can file another petition in the court for violation of order of temporary injunction and for punishment of the defendant.
