Any dealing with PSU dealing with petroleum business is highly risky.  PSU has got a team of legal experts and can resort to any action to thwart giving possession and delay the case for decades.

It all depends on lease terms and please remember that as per Supreme court judgment in Bharat Petroleum Corporation Vs. Chembur Service Station a dealer can claim possession as per DPSL agreement.  Though one may purchase such properties, the purchaser can not get possession.

Getting any information from PSU is highly difficult.  In your own interest by contacting an expert Advocate take all precautions while dealing with such PSU Oil companies.
